For our headquarters office based in Barcelona city center we are
looking for a Communication Specialist for English speaking countries.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Communication and
Marketing Manager in developing our brand internationally. You will act
as an important link between the creative team and the marketing team,
be responsible for creating engaging content and a happy, healthy,
growing community. Must be proactive, solution oriented and a
multi-tasking professional. If you are a naturally positive person, this

Functions
• Community management
• Lead farmer: collaborations, press, events and POS (B2C + B2B)
• Basic negotiations of terms and conditions of partnerships
• Determine trends: people, hashtags, events, products, brands,
newsletters, that can leverage the company (growth hacking & cool
hunter)
• Submit creative input to the country's Copy for blog and newsletters
• Support the copywriting team creating content for International Market
• Proofreading, editing and translating
• Maintaining updated our web in English
• Create country calendars highlighting important dates and proposing actions
Requirements
• Native level of English
• Good level of Spanish
• 2-3 years of experience in a Communication Agency or in a communication department.
• A wide degree of creativity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Must possess organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work within a multinational team environment
• Must be analytical and result-oriented
Qualifications
• University degree, preferably in Journalism, Marketing or Communications
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
