We are looking for someone that likes being in contact with people,
managing and guiding our guys on the ground, solving all kinds of
situations that might occur with our type of activity to ensure perfect
availability of scooters for our YUGO riders.
Missions:
- Drive the growth of your city: seek to improve metrics every day.
- Keep the best scooter availability anywhere, anytime for our YUGO riders.
- Manage Operational team (space and power rangers): recruitment, training, daily activity support, follow up.
- Make
sure that every available scooter is at its best condition on the
streets (mechanic, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, helmets, etc.).
- Staff your operational team (nightshifts/dayshifts/weekends).
- Organize events with your rangers: nurture the team spirit with night and day shifts.
- Ensure vehicles are in perfect condition for your rangers.
- Make sure that tasks are quantitatively and qualitatively completed using reports.
- Optimize return of damaged scooters at the garage.
- Ensure communication and information flow between users, Customer Support team, Rangers and mechanics.
- Develop new tools and process for your ranger team with the software team in order to make their life easier!
- Work with the financial control to order items for your rangers and keep a safe stock.
- Complete ad-hoc and administrative tasks in relation with your activity.
Profile:
- Master’s in management / logistics.
- Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued.
- At least 2 years’ experience in team management / logistics.
- Spanish: fluent, English: advanced.
- Easy with stressful situations.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Good expertise with new technologies.
