What You’ll Be Doing
This is a unique opportunity for a growth superstar to develop and grow an emerging eCommerce startup.
Your tasks will include
• Increasing traffic and brand awareness (in collaboration with the marketing team)
• Optimizing for conversion on our site (in collaboration with the web development team)
• Develop a tailored product / customer service mix to create strong ties between
Be.Green and its customers
• Attracting and hiring extraordinary talent across departments
• Engaging with investors to secure funding for future growth
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
We are a fast-paced early stage startup where you will need to experiment strategically and respond quickly to capitalize on market trends. To perform well in this role, you should have:
Relevant experience, incl.
• A proven track record of growing early-stage startups
• Significant experience in leading and working in cross-functional teams
• Significant exposure to lean product development
• Background in e-commerce, high-growth B2C startups and management consulting is preferred
• Proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
The right mindset, incl.
• Ability to work in unstructured early stage startups environment & to adapt quickly
• Dedication to customer-centricity and data-driven management
• Passion for indoor plants and cultivating urban jungles
