Coming from different traditional managed services and software
company, we want to change the traditional relation Dev / Ops which is
not working. We believe that we have to bring all the data and the
automation of the infrastructure to the developer to help him develop a
better, scalable product and to integrate their life cycle development.
We are a teal organization: Every quarter we meet all together in
France to define the strategy of the next quarter. Then, you will define
your own goal every quarter and every weekly sprint planning. We
believe in full transparency and that everybody should have the same
variable plan based on the integration of new customer.
We have signed a total of $3M since our creation in march 2015,
self-funded without any debts. We take the time that we need to build
useful products and provide great services without any specific
customers requests.
Who are we looking for ?
You are a DevOps with a major expertise in Operations with
troubleshooting, minimum 2 years. You believe that containers
(Kubernetes & Docker) are the future. Pacer, Ansible, Terraform
& monitoring are well-known to you.
On the Ops side, you have a first successful experience, minimum 1 year mandatory, on AWS, certifications are preferred.
You love to design architecture, collaborate with developers to fix
problems and provide long term solutions. Providing service and
automation on AWS is a pleasure and with your experience you understand
why public cloud is the solution.
On the Dev side, you want to be a change-maker by developing products
that will facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery for
our customers because traditional managed service is deprecated.
You have a first experience in Development: C / C++, Go would be
better, or any another concrete experience / language. This is mandatory
if you are not core contributor or a real expert on the Ops technology
that we use: we are also looking for core contributor.
You will work then 50% on services & 50% development to improve both your skills and break the monotony.
You will work on-site in Paris or on remote in Europe and given the
success we encounter, we are confident that we will do great things
together.
You can work on remote and in asynchronous manner. We don’t use emails, only slack (ChatOps), trello and hangout.
You like to identify problems, are capable of commenting in a constructive, positive & open way to the team.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, another language would be a plus.
The salary will depend on your skills and localisation.
