Lodgify is looking for a talented Automation QA with Javascript to join our growing, international team. We are a product-first company with software that enables vacation rental businesses to easily create a bookable website and manage all their reservations.
We are constantly working to improve our software and its features. A skilled Automation QA will be not only a great contribution to that but also a key player for the team. You will apply your skills across the software development lifecycle to contribute to the ongoing success of the project.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating automated functional tests with Testim solution
Designing new regression tests, supplementing existing e2e tests
Creating test designs, test cases, and test data for automated tests
Performing effective testing to ensure the product’s stability and performance
Running exploratory testing, regression testing and smoke testing
Reporting defects, defining severity and priority
Designing testing scenarios for usability testing
Reviewing and contributing to the test plans
Involve and guide developers to consider testing during the whole lifecycle of a feature
Add tests and improve our automated testing framework (we are using Testim and Selenium WebDriver)
Evaluate the efficiency of existing QA processes and recommend improvements
Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Requirements
Experience as a Software Quality Assurance
Good understanding of Internet concepts is a must (HTTP Requests and Responses, Cookies, Local Storage, General understanding of HTML and CSS, Rest API)
Experience with debugging through browser development tools
A clear understanding of testing methodology
Knowledge of Javascript, Typescript
Problem-solving and result-driven
Fluent in written and spoken English
Plus to have:
ISTQB certification
