YOUR MISSIONS:

*Optimize financial flows of the company: *

Implement and monitor financial processes to and from our customers (collection process, billing etc.)
Implement and monitor administrative processes for our teams (validation of expenses, internal procedures etc.)
Follow-up budgets, treasury and cashburn

*Develop strategic decision support tools: *

Build and update our business plan & budgets
Prepare board meeting, investor reporting & forecasting
Set up up cost accounting

Ensuring the respect of the social and commercial regulations

Check conformity of data transmitted to the social and tax organizations
Ensure compliance of administrative onboarding of employees and pay

Bachelors/master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Accounting and Finance
• Financial Planning and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer focus
• Fluent in French and English
• Rigorous, curious

Desired skills:
• Passionate with technology and innovation applied to medical domain.
