Job Description

Urban Connection is a fast-paced growing Adtech company that has been created with the aim of helping Advertisers to connect with USERS at scale. We are a culturally diverse group of tech lovers and goal achievers, constantly creating new ways of connecting with the outside world. Our mission is to bring together agencies, brands & developers with their consumers. To attain this, we work with a holistic approach towards buying and analyzing media, while using real-time data to generate data mining, allowing us to visualize trends to acquire and engage USERS with a larger LTV.

WHAT YOU DO

  • You manage the team of Business Development Managers.
  • You identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities.  
  • You locate and contact potential clients and partners, Discovering and exploring opportunities to work with them.
  • You initiate and complete RFP, pitching for new business opportunities.
  • You create status reports, performance analysis, and forecasts.
  • You are part of and significantly contribute to the overall success of our Sales team and the company as a whole.
  • You develop negotiation strategies for new opportunities within company strategy, examining risk and potential, estimating partners’ needs and goals.
  • You maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients/partners.
  • You work on product development and automation projects in order to improve efficiency and reduce mistake rate due to manual work.
  • You stay on top of the current industry event.
  • You achieve own sales target, team target and/or overall company target.


WHAT YOU NEED

  • Own portfolio of UA contacts (US, UK, CA, GCC, RU, DE).
  • +5 years relevant experience in marketing Mobile UA.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to interpret, internalize, and take quick action based on data.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • English bilingual skills are a must.
