The position
We’re looking for a VP of Product to join our team and lead the development of our platform.
Responsabilities
- Defining and executing the product vision: Defining a long-term product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, and executing on that strategy to drive the growth and success of the product.
- Leading the product team: Building and leading a team of Product Managers, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals, empowered to make strategic decisions, and motivated to deliver high-quality products.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry thought leaders, to ensure that the product is meeting their needs and driving value.
- Developing product roadmap and strategy: Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy, and communicating that roadmap to stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Establishing and managing product metrics: Establishing and managing key product metrics that measure the success of the product, and using those metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Managing cross-functional teams: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competition: Staying up-to-date with market trends and competition, and using that knowledge to inform product decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Someone with 10+ years of experience in Product Management and have built outstanding UX products for individuals and/or businesses.
- Excellent at managing complex and interconnected project deadlines
- A champion for the user experience, informed by qualitative and quantitative data as well as a strong sense of product intuition
- Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and exercising influence indirectly across various teams and seniority levels
- Focused on the result (used to work with KPIs, performance, projects lead)
- Experienced handling difficult situations, act decisively and with empathy
- Really autonomous, resolute and hands-on mindset
- Exceptional at problem-solving, and have demonstrated the ability to structure complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Fluent speaking English
