You re-architect the platform
of Xoop's initial product, to achieve an even better scalability.
You'll co-architect further products. You do the research you deem
necessary, together with your team, to make solid decisions about the
technology, that will allow for rapid implementation of highly-scalable
MVPs, quick interactions thereafter and is to some degree future-proof.
E.g. about front-end frameworks, middleware stack, for CPU-intensive
RESTful services, about the back-end/database, the interplay with
machine learning frameworks, CDN, testing, continuous deployment and
monitoring.
You take ownership of the implementation, together with your team, that you will quickly start to grow.
You
are a person who would like to create a great team culture, where

Requirements
- University degree (computer science, engineering, math or physics)
- Strong leadership skills, incl. excellent communication skills
- Ready to coach team members to grow professionally
- Ideally, experience in building up an engineering team
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of urgency
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Passionate about web technologies
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Eligible to work in Germany and/or Switzerland
