Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI designer with solid experience in working with Agile/ Scrum technologies as well as using interface design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and basic prototyping tools. Also, he/she will have experience with design systems based on "Atomic design" and the use of style guides.

You will be part of the product & development team as our UX/UI lead, getting involved in our suite of products to improve, maintain and develop the design system that will enable us to deliver consistency to our users and across all platforms.

We expect you have broad experience in working on complex products. We would expect you to build interfaces based on our UX research and upgrade the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.

● Gather UX requirements internally and externally
● Work on the design documentation, user flows, user journey mapping, user testing, user interviews and other UX deliverables.
● Make sure products meet user needs & goals
● Share your work and be open to collaborative and constructive feedback.
● Interface with development, product, and rest of the teams
● Design content-first and data-driven user experience.
● Lead the UI vision of our products
● Define UI patterns & consistency. Create, maintain and develop the UI KIT: colour, typography, iconography, illustrations, micro-interactions, etc.

● English fluency oral and written
● At least 2-3 years working as a UX/UI Designer or related discipline
● Knowledge and interest in new technologies and trends in design
● Knowledge of multi-platform design (web, responsive applications).
● Knowledge of design tools (like Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop...).
● Knowledge of prototyping tools (like ProtoPie, Axure or equivalent).
● The ability to learn new technologies quickly
● An eye for detail and quality perspective on processes, workflows and procedures
● Thorough understanding of the software development and release process
● Commercial and business awareness
● Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Experience working in a cross-functional team
● Ability to code HTML/CSS based on UI designs
● Self-motivated, proactive, strategic, creative, confident, and open-minded
