UX/UI Designer in Barcelona

Koalaboox is a fast growing Fintech developing over Europe. In order to improve the User Experience or our products and serivces, we are recruiting a Senior UX/UI Designer based in Barcelona.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct UX/UI researches in order to create the best possible user Experience
• Define personas and establish the customer journeys
• Focus on adoption and conversion
• Translate business services and user needs into actionable prototypes
• Create all graphical elements of koalaboox desktop and mobile application  
• Test, measure and optimize deliverables on continuous basis
• Ensure consistency of user experience across channels and devices
• Bring UX/UI expertise in every project to increase customer experience
• Team work with Business / Marketing / Development

YOUR PROFILE

• You are user centric and searching for excellence
• You have already built several applications using UX Research and have a talent for UI
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar function
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• Strong project management skills
• You have an analytical mind and are autonomous
