A financial tech startup, born 2013 in Sweden, currently living in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Chile. We build next-generation financial products that make payments simple for merchants and consumers on a day to day bases. We make life easier and mind your business by simplifying your daily encounters with factoring, invoicing, financing and instore ecommerce.

We are looking for great individuals with high energy! You are a talented UX/UI designer who enjoys the fast-paced requirements of a startup, a great teammate with a positive attitude towards change, no fears for challenges and enjoy problem-solving. You can work autonomously and without supervision contributing to the global objectives with your own ideas. You are passionate about your job and keep yourself updated on latest trends. We love our scandinavian origin and want to show it with minimalistic and beautiful interfaces. A positive mindset and an I don’t give up attitude is what we like!
What you will do
- Empathise with our users and understand their needs following a Design Thinking, User-Centered approach.
- Identify pain points through the user journey through experimentation and observation
- Run ideation and co-creation workshops to ensure understanding and agreement between all stakeholders and teammates.
- Create user flows, concept sketches, wireframes and prototypes to visualize every stage of the design phases
- Run A/B testings, interviews, surveys or any other research methods to understand, validate and iterate your hiphoteses.
- Experience with design tools such Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD etc and prototyping tools as Invision, Zeplin... You will choose your weapons!
- Working proficiency and communication skills in spoken and written English
You may even have
- Good understanding on design principles and lates design trends
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM
- Understanding or experience with frontend world, such as HTML, CSS, JS or other frontend frameworks
