Job Description

The Olympic Channel is looking for an experienced UX professional to join our team and have direct impact on how fans discover and interact with unique content from one of the world’s most respected sports brands. We are a multinational group with a range of skills from product development, communications, engineering and project management. We collaborate with colleagues in Editorial, Marketing, PR, Legal, Finance, Data & Analytics, Commercial and Technical Delivery as well as external partners and brands.


  • Solve complex business and functional problems for fans on digital platforms.
  • Interface with UX design and technology partners.
  • Be an important part in the design process, collaborate on team decisions, and keep projects moving to successful launch.
  • Work with external partners to develop new product opportunities and experiences.
  • Evaluate and report on existing applications and web pages usability.
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology.
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, user journeys and prototypes around users and business needs.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

  • 3+ years of product experience with a strong UX background that demonstrates efficiently connecting fans and content on multiple platforms.
  • The ability to learn quickly and develop points of view in a constantly changing business space.
  • You are an active listener, see value in other opinions and collaborate well.
  • Conceptual thinking, creativity and execution in interactive and visual design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment with firm deadlines.
  • Proficiency with design software and skilled at creating intuitive wireframes and interfaces for multiple platforms.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Background in project management and research.
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • Analytical mind with a professional approach to business needs, time, costs and deadlines.
  • Experience with Apps, web and responsive mobile web.
  • Experience working with digital technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and native mobile software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Office language is English.
