The Role
We are looking for an experienced UX designer who is knowledgeable about SaaS products, but above all is passionate about creating the best possible experience for our clients. You will be accountable for all the UX design across the business, and work on cross-platform applications to develop multi-device user experiences.
We are eager to learn from you how to audit (problem definition), create research processes and define standards, manage user behaviour tools like Hotjar (or other tools that you think are better!), define user personas, design the wireframes and build the most intuitive and user friendly version of our software that we’ve ever seen.
Requirements
About you
Minimum experience of 3 years as a UX designer.
Minimum experience of 3 years managing UX tools.
Perfect balance between strategic thinking and hands-on designer. Able to develop a methodology and strategy and get things done.
Data-driven decision maker, able to gather and act on useful metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills
You are passionate about internet products and services, and are informed on current design practices.
You design with business objectives in mind.
