Based in Barcelona's 22@ district, since 2008 Suntransfers.com has grown from a startup into Europe's favourite private airport transfer company. We provide a standout choice of services and destinations ranging from VIP city transfers to low cost holiday taxis, operated from more than 500 airports and travel gateways worldwide.

Your Role:

  • Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualise the larger vision over time.
  • Develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Be responsible and an effective advocate for users, imparting day-to-day design vision that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.
  • Explore product concepts to find promising directions that address both human and business needs.
  • Build prototypes to assist in A/B Testing, using low- to high-fidelity techniques.
  • Build a Design Language System with the rest of the UX & Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Management and Frontend engineers.
  • Advise front-end engineers on UI implementation best practices.
  • Gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change.
  • Provide guidance on content strategies for our main channels.

What we're looking for:

  • Deep experience in e-commerce and travel UX performance.
  • 4 years of experience in UX Design and/or UX writing.
  • Proven experience in Design Thinking and Lean methodologies.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proven experience in designing usable interfaces for web-based products.
  • Demonstrable HTML and CSS skills.
  • Strong clean visual design sense.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in Conversion Rate and Customer Journey optimisation.
  • Ability to drive a vision and tools for UX content strategy for our main channels.
  • Capacity to work on Quantitative and/or Qualitative data for evolving MVPs.
  • Top-notch knowledge of AB testing tools, Recording tools, Content tools and Emailing tools.
