Job Description

Do you keep the customer as the central focus of your work? Our Product team is looking for a UI/UX designer who is driven to understand our customers' and users' journeys and is passionate to create an optimal product experience for them.

You will be responsible for supporting the design of appropriate UI solutions that address product requirements from a user, business, and technology perspective. Collaboration and compromise are needed to ensure the end solution meets all requirements. You will help deliver detailed UI design specifications and web design to also support the marketing area.

About the role. Your mission will be:

  • {Contribute to product design}:
  • Design intuitive, user-centric and user-friendly interface designs for web and desktop applications.
  • Create design concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Facilitate consistent usability testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of Nextflow Tower product features in all stages of completion.
  • Participate in User research.
  • Practice Design thinking in an agile environment.
  • {Help to build the Design system}:
  • Create a beautiful, efficient, holistic design system with a high degree of polish, attention to detail, and usage scenarios.
  • Own the process for maintaining the system.
  • {Contribute to the growth of our brand}: 
  • Design business and product websites.
  • Create guidelines for branding and multi-media artifacts.
  • Support the marketing team on an ongoing basis.
  • {Work closely with our UX, product, and development teams and share your design expertise to help make better decisions and outputs}.

About you:

  • Experience designing compelling and quality UIs and visual designs.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant position with a focus on UI design, visual design or similar, as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
  • Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools like figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Proficient in interaction design.
  • Experience with design systems in creation, maintenance, documentation, and application.
  • Project experience in the development of diverse interface designs for digital touchpoints (desktop, web, mobile or others).An excellent understanding of visual and user-centered design, and how design can meet brand, business, and strategic objectives.
  • Experience working with Engineers and Product managers.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiarity with information architecture.
  • Familiar with user research.
  • Familiar with branding and graphic design.

Nice to have:

  • The ability to code HTML/CSS.
  • An understanding of data structures and information architecture.
  • Experience with SaaS product development and design.
  • The ability to do User research.
