Job Description

Don’t guess it – test it!

A team full of passionate backend and frontend engineers is looking for you to open their eyes. Following Yogi Berra with “You can see a lot by just looking.” – we ask you to support one of our leading projects and provide insights we would not have without you.

Being part of a business-critical project, a lot of effort and impact is expected from you and your team. Next to that, being successful is about being part of our mission to shape and influence thousands of businesses and drivers around the world – making mobility more accessible, smarter, and safer.

Join us and become our team internal gatekeeper for a high-quality product and joyful user experience. Support us in designing and engineering new end-to-end scenarios, automate manual processes and lead us to a world where we, as a team and company, can release quicker.  With higher quality than ever before. Work together with hundreds of developers and testers that will help you to grow in your professional career.

On your way to achieve the mission you will encounter:

  • Crisp retros, filled testing lanes and requirements that need to be enriched with high quality test criteria.

  • Heated debates on requirements and how to check them.

  • Argumentations about hidden features and unrevealed bugs.

  • Customer reported defects and quests on how to reproduce those.

  • Test drives, test drivers and real-world scenarios.

Accept only if you are brave enough to:

  • Share findings, convince team members, and motivate to support quality efforts on all scales by inspiring with new ideas and test practices.

  • Break things – functional as well as on privacy and security aspects.

  • Bring in new perspectives.

  • Team up and stand up for quality.

  • Write, refine, and refactor Selenium tests.

  • Drive and experience the software we built on your own.

What can you expect?

At Webfleet Solutions software development is a team sport. Join us and let us create the telematics technology of tomorrow. This is your chance to work in an innovative and international community, dealing with all kinds of different countries and cultures.

On top of that we offer an indefinite contract, 30 annual leave days, flexible working hours (needs manager agreement), healthcare insurance and funded pension plan.

Practically Speaking, What’s in It for You?

  • Competitive salary

  • Benefits package in addition to the salary:

    • Private health insurance (including children and partners)

    • Pension Plan

    • Lunch vouchers + free coffee and fruit at the office

  • Flexible working hours

  • Birthday off

  • Almost no dress code (the only existing restriction is that you are required to be dressed decently and wear shoes on your feet)

  • The office is equipped with a terrace, a table tennis table and foosball

  • Plenty of formal training for new joiners + access to LinkedIn Learning

  • Once you have earned the merits to warrant it, there will be opportunity to attend trainings and conferences on company budget.

  • Annual performance reviews, personal development plans, and as much feedback as you want and can handle through regular 1:1 meetings.
