In Customer Success, we support
people to build the best typeforms they possibly can. That helps them
make progress, and means they stick around for longer.
We’re looking for an experienced,
talented, and detail-oriented technical writer to create amazing
educational content to join our small team.

“In Education, we’re responsible for
our customer facing Help Center, creating inspirational articles about
typeforms and more. Our Help Center is a living document, requiring
constant updating and curation. We work with teams across the company
creating new content and curating current articles.
We’re looking for someone who’s
motivated by writing clear, approachable articles that people find easy
to read. Over the upcoming year we’ll have lots of new Typeform features
to explain and showcase, and we’ll keep improving our Help Center,
using data and customer feedback to make the best possible content. ”
If you’re meticulous in your quest to
personalize support, able to anticipate someone’s needs before they
even come up, and carry an empathy gland the size of the Camp Nou, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Write clear, friendly, and useful how-to articles
- Work with the Education team on operational tasks and projects
- Prioritize Help Center articles with the Technical Writer team
- Analyze customer feedback and apply it to improve documentation
- Thoroughly edit texts, contribute to other copy such as emails, video scripts and in-app messages
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to be up to date on user pain points
- Work closely with the Editorial team to ensure our Help Center is consistent with our brand guidelines

Here’s what we’re after:
- Native English speaker
- A confident writer, with a friendly and clear style
- Curious, proactive, and able to get things done
- Impeccable spelling and grammar with a thirst for perfection
- Tech savvy
- Ability to create annotated images for articles (using Photoshop, or Sketch)
- Ability to project manage and to keep things on track
- Be able to work autonomously and really own projects
