At Whisbi, we work in an Agile environment, developing our solution using Scrum, with a team organized in Squads and Chapters, based on the methodology applied by companies like Spotify.

Our technological stack is built on the separation of Front-End and Back-End, with Front-End modules built with Angular and deployed on CDNs, and Back-End modules built as micro-services with NodeJS and TypeScript, running in Docker clusters.

We use Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment thanks to Jenkins, in order to run automated test suites at every step of the development process and deploy new versions at the end of every development sprint, providing rolling releases of our product to our users.

We are looking for an extremely focused and passionate individual. A Technical/UX Writer to join the Product Team. We're looking for writer/technologists who are smart, adaptable, keen to learn, and across all the latest thinking in content development.

About the role
Write Technical documentation to be used internally by the engineering team and translate it in a understandable articles to improve our public documentation.
Those articles might include written documentation, videos, infographics, walkthroughs, or API documentation.
Help to define and maintain a set of common templates for different forms of documentation; and contributing generally to improving the writing process.
Be part of the product design team to shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful text that helps users complete the task at hand.
Help set the vision for the content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points.
Takes into account the user's thought process and emotions
Use empathy, logic and data to inform content choices.
Work with people in a variety of UX design-related jobs including product owners, designers, engineers, marketing and customer operations. Collaborating with each, you strive to establish cohesive language and unified voice across products and platform.
Create clear, easy to follow copy specs that serve as a source of truth for Design, Engineering and other stakeholders.
Writing, and spreading too. You will be in charge of coordinate and execute internal trainings, being an active part of the product adoption.

About you
Native English speaker
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a wide tech vocabulary and strong grammar.
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and positive attitude
At least 2 years of experience as a UX writer, tech writer, content strategist, or similar.
Organized and focused. You'll need to ensure the release of the content, information requests, and make sure the tasks are well-planned, executed to the highest standard, and delivered on time.
Perceptive and empathetic. You're able to understand customer needs and develop the information about the product that they require.
Innovative with a desire to deliver world-class documentation across different media channels and a commitment to continual learning and up to date with the industry developments.
Open to change. We're a fast-growing company you'll need to be open to accepting and working with constant change.
Familiar with the Agile development process and knowledge of Confluence, JIRA and GIT are also a plus as these will be the primary tools for the delivery and organization of your work.
Experience creating copy in a variety of different formats, from microcopy to long-form.
Strong knowledge and experience of emerging technologies ( RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain ...)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe
