ElectricFeel is a startup that was built to revolutionise urban mobility. Our Platform is a full solution for shared electric mobility services: an end-user app and a real-time management software that allows companies around the globe to manage bike, e-bike and e-scooter fleets. As our Technical Support Engineer you will work closely with our product and business teams to ensure that customers maintain a great experience with ElectricFeel's team and products. We expect outstanding interpersonal skills and that you actively contribute to the company culture.

 

Tasks


  • Lead first level customer support for the ElectricFeel Platform

  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customer success and software development team

  • Understand the products and help to identify customer needs for feature planning and improvements

  • Test and evaluate new features

  • Prepare procedural documentation to train customers on how to best use the products

  • Monitor system status and help to resolve tickets

  • Support the roll-out of new projects including customer configuration and customization

  • Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time

Requirements


Required skills/experience/mindset

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 1-2 years professional work experience in a software/SaaS company or equivalent
  • Basic programming skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Fluent in English, Spanish desired
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excited about the ElectricFeel mission to electrify mobility in cities

Advantage


  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • German language skills

  • Past experience with help desk software such as Zendesk
