WHAT WE DO

At JobFluent we believe that the IT recruitment industry lacks transparency and needs a redefinition.  We created JobFluent with the mission to provide transparency to the Tech job market.

The JobFluent's Recruitment Business Unit is dedicated to matching candidates with companies. We have built a unique and proven technology that helps us detect and profile the candidates who are willing to make a change in their career. This technology brings us a competitive advantage that puts JobFluent ahead of the competition when searching candidates for our clients.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Source candidates using JobFluent's propietary candidate database.
  • Source candidates using common Direct Search techniques (linkedin, Meetup, Twitter, GitHub..)
  • Spend time helping candidates find the company they'll be happiest at.
  • Get candidates ready for interviews, making sure things are moving along smoothly.
  • Chat with CTO's, CEO's and Hiring Managers from our client companies to understand and keep up to date with their needs.
  • Build and lead the recruitment team.
  • Build long lasting partnership relations with clients.

WHO YOU ARE
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Familiar with technologies used in Tech companies.
  • Super organised and detail orientated, the role requires a lot of context switching and multi-tasking.
  • JobFluent is a tech startup, we expect you to be highly autonomous and results driven. You should have an entrepreneurial approach to problems.
  • English & Spanish written and spoken is a must.
  • Experience working for or with startups is a plus.

Competitive salary: 35-50K €
