WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source candidates using JobFluent's propietary candidate database.
- Source candidates using common Direct Search techniques (linkedin, Meetup, Twitter, GitHub..)
- Spend time helping candidates find the company they'll be happiest at.
- Get candidates ready for interviews, making sure things are moving along smoothly.
- Chat with CTO's, CEO's and Hiring Managers from our client companies to understand and keep up to date with their needs.
- Build long lasting partnership relations with clients.
- Have a real say in the future of our product and service
WHO YOU ARE
- 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Familiar with technologies used in Tech companies.
- Super organised and detail orientated, the role requires a lot of context switching and multi-tasking.
- JobFluent is a tech startup, we expect you to be highly autonomous and results driven. You should have an entrepreneurial approach to problems.
- English & Spanish written and spoken is a must.
- Experience working for or with startups is a plus.
