We are currently looking for an experiences Technical Recruiter to take ownership of hiring various roles which fit our values.
The Recruiter will directly impact the quality of candidates we hire by developing and implementing innovative research and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of candidates for a wide range of job opportunities within the Preply

Outcomes:
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept
- Focus on introducing a pipeline to managers that puts emphasis on diversity
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and establish search strategy
- Conduct in-depth screens to ensure that managers receive qualified candidates
- Act as a recruiting consultant to the Leadership team by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, advising hiring managers on candidate selection and offer guidance, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates
- Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to Hiring Managers on all roles/projects supported.
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems
- Partner and maintain positive relationships with the hiring team, recruiting team members, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all “customers” throughout the recruiting process.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Network with technology talent at tech meetups, conferences, career fairs
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company brand to candidates
- Identify new ways to build awareness of Preply in new hiring markets

Competencies:
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
- Deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, competencies based interviewing and closing.
- Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
- Experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
- Ability to dive into the details with meticulous organization and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
- Exceptional communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Fluent English is a must
