The automotive world is currently witnessing a double revolution. Assisted driving systems, the electric car, and the introduction of Ethernet in cars will forever change the way we understand mobility. To make this reality, engineers are needed who both know the current technology and are also daring enough to reinvent and adapt it for a greater future.

As a Technical Recruiter you will matching up the brightest talents in technology fields with the needs

 

Your Role:

 

  • Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs as well to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s).
  • Sourcing and uncovering candidates posting jobs, using online social networking, technology websites, technical conferences, fairs, etc. Research new technologies or ways to find best talent.
  • Interview. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications
  • Evaluate competence of candidates against a technical job description.
  • Act as an advisor to hire the best talent and take decisions together with technical team and human capital department
  • Make offers and facilitate the integration of newcomers.
  • Keep candidates in the loop. Build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you. Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

 

 

What we need:

 

  • Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at our company.
  • Confidence – The ability to be comfortable in who one is. If you don’t know something, ask it and you will learn it.
  • Relationship Building – Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates
  • Good Planner – Handle appropriate time and mitigate any pressure you have. You aim to achieve well-planned, smooth, and flawless execution, but you don’t mind using a “better done than perfect” approach when required.
  • Advanced level of English. Spanish desirable
  • Experience in boolean searchs and in lastest resourcing tendencies
  • Nice to have: 3-5 years in recruitment in software engineering environment
