Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager you will play a very important role leading strategic projects that are at the heart of Nexthink’s product. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Drive the full lifecycle of strategic and cross functional initiatives regarding our cloud products, infrastructure, product releases, customer onboarding and migrations

· Work with internal and external stakeholders to successfully launch and manage those projects

· Use your technical acumen to help taking decisions and talk about the technical aspects with confidence

· Use your analytical skills and experience to help drive those initiatives

Qualifications

. Experience working directly with engineering teams

· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

· Experience in Cloud development models (CI/CD) and infrastructure

· Experience with system architecture and design, technical troubleshooting, security and      privacy standards

· Excellent communication skills

· Continuously strive for improvements and enthusiastic to take over complex challenges

· Teamwork and collaboration are part of your DNA

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Experience in program and/or operations management

· Proficient English (spoken and written), French is a plus
