What will you do in Social Point?
As a Lead Architect you will manage key company-wide technology projects. You will be part of the architecture team, the team that defines the technology, best practices and procedures of our games, in order to maximize the quality and productivity of our game teams. Your hard skills in technology are very important as well as your project management and communication skills. A lot of people inside the company will be interested by your projects and a great reporting will be very important.
This is you
You have awesome hard skills in technology, but you have great project management and communication skills at the same time. You are able to collaborate with others, and coach your coworkers. You will be working with a huge variety of profiles inside the company, so you should be able to express yourself clearly to both tech and non-tech profiles. You're comfortable dealing with senior management, and defending your team's choices against constructive criticism. You are able to understand and transmit the company's business goals, and work towards them. You can handle, and are happy with, a lot of ownership. You are result-oriented, and you are able to organize by yourself.
You also have
- 4 years of Project Management.
- 6 years of Software Engineering - coding.
- Great communication & reporting skills.
- A computer Science degree or similar.
- Worked on procedures definition and deployment.
- Experience in some of these areas: Managing big teams. Architecting high traffic applications. Designing / managing Mobile Applications. Gaming. Having a responsibility role in a big organization.
