We’re looking for the right person to partner within the Sales team
and work alongside a Regional Sales Manager and an Inside Sales
Representative to achieve sales and revenue goals. This individual will
be skilled at evaluating technical requirements in new sales
opportunities and adept at developing technical solutions that meet and
exceed the needs of prospective customers, working both remotely and
onsite with both Jamf prospects and current customers.

Travel: 50% including international travel for training in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities
- You will be the technical point of contact for prospects and partners throughout the sales process.
- Be excellent at demonstrating Jamf Pro (formerly Casper Suite) and other products to prospects both remotely and onsite.
- Identifying
customer technical and service needs and efficiently providing best-fit
solutions from the full catalog of Jamf service and software offerings.
- Be ready to present Jamf solutions and proposals to prospects.
- Attend and present on behalf of Jamf at industry trade shows and events.
- Drive and support evaluations and pilot implementations of Jamf Pro and other Jamf solutions.
- Work to ensure that revenue and sales goals are met while maintaining a high level of prospect/customer satisfaction.
- Provide training to customers on the usage of Jamf products.
- Provide onsite installation and customization of Jamf products in accordance with established procedures.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales and Service departments.
- Happily take on special projects as they come up.
Qualifications
- Strong, professional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and solid presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of all Jamf product offerings, as well as those from other related vendors.
- Working knowledge of the architecture and tools relevant to implementation of Jamf products.
- Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team
- Proficient, well-rounded experience in technical consultative selling to multiple levels within a complex organization.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience working within a large-scale Macintosh environment preferred.
- English and French are required. Additional languages preferred.
