Prestamos Prima is an online Spanish lender that provides a wide range of financing solutions for private individuals and small businesses, reviewing every single loan request in 24 hours, analyzing each borrower individually, and preparing tailored proposals.

What will you do?

- Take care about office equipment: computers, network devices, printers

- Act as 1st line suport for incidents

- Coordinate incident resolution with external providers

- Manage cloud services

What skills and practices should you have experience with?

- In-depth knowledge of computer systems - we work with Microsoft

- Knowledge how DNS, DHCP, VPN works

- Problem solving skills

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of Spanish is must, English is bonus
