SANTANDER is looking for a SYSTEM INTEGRATION ENGINEER for its TECHNOLOGY DIVISION

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a System Integration Engineer your mission will be to take functional requirements (Benchmarking, Consulting proposals, Functional Requirements, Stories or Epics Backlog) on Industry Solutions or Technical Platforms.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:
  • Focused on customer vision and its business and operational needs, with knowledge of the customer's local reality and of the regulatory and industry context
  • Consulting works for benchmark solutions and liaise with relevant third parties in the industry
  • Design the Training, upskilling and reprofiling or certification plans for the professionals assigned
  • Provide feedback on the performance of professionals who participated in work teams
  • You will be integrated in the centers of Excellence designated in the Global T&O model to bring knowledge throughout the Group
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • + 3 years’ experience on the business and industry in which it is located the solution/platform, ideally on Agile
  • Knowledge of a market package or reference architecture considered by CTO as a strategic solution within the Group.
