About our Data Acquisition team
In our Kiwi.com Data Acquisition team, we are responsible for sourcing the most accurate, complete and competitive content for our customers and ultimately enhancing their searching success. We collect, analyze and integrate data from multiple services and sources to ensure content quality and bookability. What you will do
- Define our Vision: You’ll partner with product leaders to craft and champion our long-term product vision, mission, and strategy.
- Build our Performance: You’ll establish meaningful product performance metrics and guide our Data Acquisition team’s delivery to achieve success.
- Shape our Roadmap: You’ll organize and prioritize product delivery while identifying opportunities to refine and elevate features.
- Collect and share insights: You’ll lead structured discovery sessions, gathering insights and feedback to uncover transformative opportunities.
- Support collaborative Problem-Solving: You’ll work hand-in-hand with our product operations team to understand challenges and implement effective solutions.
What you will need
- You offer proven product management expertise: WetSignificant experience in consumer-tech focused product management, ideally with a strong background in content sourcing and filtering.
- You are tech-savvy and results-oriented: You bring a focus on rapid execution and efficiency, with experience leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to enhance quality and streamline processes.
- You can demonstrate inspirational leadership: A track record of successfully developing, mentoring and empowering cross-functional team members to achieve their best.
- Your strong skills in execution: You can demonstrate success in building and delivering a 1-2 year product vision in dynamic, fast-paced tech environments and gaining stakeholder support and buy-in for your ideas.
- Cross-Functional collaboration skills: You are skilled at leading impactful projects involving diverse stakeholders, driving alignment and achieving successful outcomes.
- Experience with engineering partnerships: You have strong experience working closely with software engineering teams to oversee feature development, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria.
- Expertise as a data-driven problem solver: You are adept at identifying gaps and opportunities by analyzing data and insights, you can demonstrate your ability to contribute innovative solutions to the product roadmap.
- Strong communication skills: You are fluent in English and bring a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, such as use cases and metric definitions.
- Skills in documentation & presentation: You bring proven success in creating high-quality product documentation, including detailed requirements or RFCs for complex products.
