As a Country manager

You are responsible for coordinating Estateguru`s business activities in Spaib and for leading the Spain team. Main focus will be initially related to the Estateguru`s expansion in Spain (supported by the Head of Business Development), and later the lead of Estateguru`s Spainish operations. Spanish Country manager is a member of the widened Management team of Estateguru Group and this way contributing also to the intensive growth of Estateguru in Europe.

The main tasks are:

  • Expansion of Estateguru`s business activities in Spain;
  • Developing, closing and maintaining the Partnership networks with loan originators and needed service providers (Brokers, Credit and real estate data providers, other Proptech companies etc);
  • Working with Investors and Borrowers communities in Germany;
  • An inspirational leader of the Spainish country team;
  • Fulfillment of the Yearly sales and investors targets of German unit;
  • Keeping the portfolio quality in expected level;
  • Delivering superior customer service;
