Job Description

Your Role As a SWQA engineer you will be responsible for deploying the QA activities within our Automotive SW projects.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure applicable standards and company internal processes are well implemented within our automotive SW projects
Plan and monitor QA activities on these projects and report project QA progress to Quality Management
Manage Peer Reviews from QA perspective throughout the SW lifecycle (Peer Reviews creation, moderation, and process evaluation)
Perform random QA reviews on SW Work products (SW Plans, Requirements, Architecture, Design, Coding, Test…)
Documentation of Quality Assurance Records
Collection and regular evaluation of project specific Quality-metrics (e.g. Traceability, QA non-conformances, Test coverage, MISRA and HIS violations)
Support internal and external audits (Audits against internal Quality Management System, customer processes, ISO 9001, A-SPICE, ISO 26262…)
Track non-conformances raised during QA reviews and/or audits until closure
Participation in project status meetings
On-line collaboration with quality team members in different company sites
Perform internal trainings
Participate in process improvement initiatives handled by internal Quality Management
Participation in SAFe events (Program Increment Planning workshop, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, Inspect & Adapt workshop etc…)
This requires travelling to other company sites in Central Europe every 2-3 months

Skills to Create the Difference

We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years experience in SWQA covering the following areas:

2 years’ experience as a SWQA in safety related projects
Knowledge of SW Quality Assurance methodologies
Deployment of development processes or tailoring an existing development process
Knowledge of the applicable standards (e.g. ISO 26262, A-SPICE, DO178B/C, CENELEC EN 50128…)
Knowledge of Requirement, Configuration and Issue Management tools (IBM Rational DOORS, PTC Integrity, SVN, JIRA…)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Process evaluation and reporting
Fluent English

Other Skills That We Value
