The QA team's vision is to be the company leader in implementing the best product development quality practices. We provide help to the teams crafting our products to achieve the Quality level we want at Stuart 🚀This role will play a critical role in building the best real-time logistics system ever. You will join a growing QA team of 11 world-class engineers with RafaVictorRaul, and others to be part of a new Test Engineering team 🤩

What will I be doing? 🤔

    • Implement solutions to cover our Tech teams needs regarding testing development and CI practices.
    • Discover and identify opportunities for improvement of testing techniques and tools within our Tech teams.
    • Design and improve testing frameworks. Draft solutions for automated test, CI and release processes.
    • Build and evaluate testing tools.
    • Being an advocate and teaching others good quality and testing practices around testing frameworks and test development. Develop knowledge within our tech stack including tests at all levels.
    • Collaborate with engineers to define and implement mechanisms to inject testing earlier into the software development process.
    • Identify, share, and nurture the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability. You should champion clean code and the concept of the test pyramid.
    • Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design, testability and quality.
    • Strive for the fastest feedback possible. ie. with test parallelization.
    • Configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in CI/CD environments.

What do we need from you? 😎

    • 3+ years of experience in testing development.
    • You have experience with APIs, web and/or mobile apps testing development.
    • You love to face new challenges and learn from them
    • Must be fluent in English
