Barcelona based technology team.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Growing the team by identifying, recruiting and onboarding top talent
- Creating a work environment that motivates teams and enables them
to contribute the full range of their technical and creative
capabilities
- Helping the teams fully connect to the technology community & global operating model
- Working with stakeholders across the business and technology to understand how our teams can serve them better
- Ensuring the right oversight, mentoring and training is in place to
grow the team’s technical, interpersonal and communications skills
- Holding teams accountable for continuous improvement of their process, their technology, and themselves
- Coaching teams towards the right balance of near-term delivery and long-term platform health
- Actively identifying delivery and health risks and working across the organization to mitigate them
