We’re recruiting a Quality Analyst/Software Development Engineer in Test to join our amazing Barcelona team!
Responsibilities:
Work with QA Lead and project stakeholders to build in quality, continuous integration and improve speed to Production
Support the scrum team (onshore & offshore) working on agile project
Support both Automation and Manual testing activities
Drive the estimation & planning of team tasks for each release, including identifying quality risks and constraints
Review your team's test case suites, text execution progress and quality deliverables
Monitor and compile Automation test results and communicate these to the project team, drive toward continuous testing
Complete root cause analysis of quality issues
Escalate issues appropriately to project stakeholders
Evaluate new QA tools & processes and introduce tangible improvements to quality
Work with the automation technologies like Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Postman etc.
What we look for/who would prosper in this role?
2+ years as a Test Automation Engineer
UI, Functional, Non-Functional & API testing
JAVA as the main Programming language
Selenium or similar
Version control systems such as Git
Build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Cucumber or other automated testing tools
Familiar with...
Knowledge about business process analysis and automation will be a benefit
