Job Description

Role:

You will be part of a fast growing innovative project in the mobile landscape, one of the fastest evolving and most exciting sectors of the online industry. As a Social Ads Manager, you will define and develop the advertising strategy of the company on the social networks, participate to the conception of the mobile offers,  launch marketing campaigns around targeted audiences that will drive traffic to these mobile offers. You will have to create the advertising campaigns using the tools provided by Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat, or well known DMPs. You will participate in the analyze of the results of theses campaigns, ensuring the advertising is match with the ROI gals of the company.

The position can be based either in Barcelona, Madrid or Valencia depending on your preference.

Responsibilities:

  • To define and elaborate the flows and offers the company will promote on Facebook ads, with the support of the marketing and product team.

  • To create, launch, follow and optimize Pay-Per-Click campaigns for mainstream mobile products, using the business managers of Facebook Ads, Snapchat, Instagram…

  • To create and use specific targets of audiences per market.

  • To monitor daily results and analyze pre sales and post sales KPI, in cooperation with the marketing and the business intelligence teams.

  • To manage the SMA budget of the company, following the directives of the management team.

  • To manage the relationship with the our contacts at Facebook Ads, Snapchat and Instagram, and any other 3rd party partners.

  • In a second phase, to make the team evolve with the incorporation of other SMM experts.

Requirements:

  • +5 years experience in the online advertising industry, with a strong experience in social media acquisition.

  • Experience or knowledge in mobile advertising campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manipulate large volume of data.

  • Deep understanding of online marketing KPIs.

  • Knowledge of the different ad models (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc).

  • Fluent English, written and spoken (other languages are a plus).

  • Very advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros, etc.

  • Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.

  • Ambitious and proactive.

  • Experience with any other mobile subscription offers company is a plus.
