Your day at Ofertia
- Develop SEO strategy for Ofertia´s websites in all our markets to improve organic traffic and maximize ROI
- Plan and manage SEO projects’ execution related to site architecture, page load speed, Keyword strategy, URL structure, content creation, and mobile web optimization
- Manage cross-functional relationships with other key stakeholders: IT, Content, Traffic Management, and Sales
- Perform high-level Keyword analysis, monitoring and developing strategies around personalized and local searches
- Identify technical obstacles which obstruct search engines’ ability to discover and index our content
- Monitor, analyze SEO web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and execute short term corrective measures and long term SEO strategies
- Research, manage and measure SEO campaigns related to link building including external link acquisition, internal link strategy, and other relevant sources to maximize high-quality links
What you should bring
Technical skills:
- 5 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in high traffic websites
- A track record in delivering large scale projects resulting in tangible organic growth
- Expert user of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Sistrix, Majestic or similar tools
- Strong understanding of all aspects of SEO (On/Off-page SEO, technical SEO)
- Deep industry knowledge of SEO, staying abreast of latest Google updates, innovations & best practices
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven with high attention to detail
Personal Skills:
- Strong ability to effectively communicate complex requirements and build relationships with all stakeholders including engineering and product
- Result-driven, energetic, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and lead complex initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & Spanish
