We are looking
for a Lead Web Developer to join our young, dynamic startup-mind company
in Barcelona. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to
lead the development of our platform. We are seeking someone who is very
proactive, has strong technical and analytical skills with a can-do
attitude. We are growing tech project, so you will have the chance to
try new ideas and influence the visual and technical development of the
platform.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the high-quality travel search engine platform
- Perform front and back-end web design and development on the first stages of the project
- Fix the existing problems, design and develop new functionality.
- Ensure strong optimization, smart structure and perfect usability of the platform
- Collaborate
with the team members in the strategical product development and
generating new ideas for the uniqueness of the product
- Proactively report to the team about your work
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, IT or Engineering
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Solid in depth experience in PHP, SQL, XML, JSON, OOP, HTML, CSS
- Excellent practical knowledge with JavaScript and jQuery
- Deep understanding in the affiliates API setting up
- Experience creating, configuring and programming in CMS WordPress
- Good
understanding of the responsive web design, interaction design, site
architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation
- Team leading experience
- Highly evaluated travel industry experience working on search engines, aggregators or related systems.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Russian language is highly evaluated but not required
- Understanding of SEO and web analytics tools will be the plus
