The role
We are seeking a Senior Visual (UI) Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate should be a brilliant problem solver, have an eye for clean and artful design, and possess superior visual design skills. You must be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
By partnering with cross-functional teams and our customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision. You will be part of the team responsible for the Wallbox App. In this role, you will work closely together with the product manager, developers, data analysts, researchers, and our customers to shape the direction and requirements for our App.
More responsibilities in detail:
- Define and elevate the look and feel for our various interfaces including our app, screen based HMIs, and wearables.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
- Effectively present and persuasively convey design solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Collaborate with developers to make sure the implementation of your designs is done right.
- Create UI designs that build upon our Design System and review, discuss, and update the components with other designers.
