Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced UX/UI designer, someone focused on both the client and end-user, and is fluent in English, as we work with international clients.

The mission of a UX/UI Designer is based on delivering the best user experience, providing an exceptional and intuitive application and web design, by researching, exploring and assessing user requirements, and designing graphic interfaces.

What you’ll do:

  • Designing digital products following design principles focused on the user and attending to the client needs
  • Design research: application of research techniques such as usability tests, ethnography, benchmarking or co-creation
  • Conducting user research and user testing
  • Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Working in high-performance projects for international clients
  • Working and collaborate within the delivery and development team

Experience & Skills:

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • At least 5 years of working experience as UX or UI designer
  • A strong portfolio of design projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies
  • Excellent interaction and visual design skills
  • The ability to deal with some level of ambiguity
  • The ability to work on different projects at the same time without compromising quality
  • The ability to successfully communicate design decisions to stakeholders
  • The ability to own the design process end-to-end from concept to final design
  • Experience running or assisting in user research is a plus
  • The ability to speak fluent English (Provable minimum B2+) as we work with international clients
  • Follow Agile/Scrum principles

Location:

We have a Remote first culture, but you can also work from our WeWork offices located in Madrid center.
