Senior Software Engineer in Barcelona

• Wide Eyes Technologies is an AI Start-up based in Barcelona/Spain that focuses primarily on developing Artificial Intelligence and Image Recognition solutions for the fashion industry. The company offers a B2B software as SaaS products and has some of the world's leading brands and retailers among its clients.
• We are a multicultural team of people of different nationalities working in Sales, Marketing, Research and Development. The company has strong ties to universities with its own PhD programme and is one of the leading companies when it comes to image recognition technology. The development team which you will be part of is in charge of designing and implementing the software solutions the company is offering.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• We are looking as of now for a full-time Senior Software Engineer
• You will design the software solutions that will bring the vision of the company to life
• You will implement the software solutions in close collaboration with the product team.
• You will lead and manage the junior programmers to succeed in their tasks.

YOUR PROFILE

• This is a full-time position in Barcelona, Spain. You are eligible to work in the European Union and already hold a work permit.
• You have 4+ years of professional programming experience.
• You have experience in Architecting Software Solutions on the cloud.
• Your main language is Python.
• Amazon Web Services (EC2, s3, ECS, ELBs, etc …) are something you feel strong with.
• Other technologies are a plus: Git, Docker, Mongo, Redis.
• Another plus is if you understand the metrics and goals of selling a SaaS product.
• You speak and write English on an advanced level.
