We are hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team in Europe, fully remote, if you wish. The ideal candidate will be an experienced technologist, passionate about building quality into the code from the start makes the difference between a good and amazing product. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the releases of our product are stable, reliable, user-friendly, and secure. You’ll help us innovate in the testing space, onboard testing frameworks and best practices, and write automated testing strategies.
What you'll do:
- Participate in a cross-functional development team, from planning through enhancements and bug fixes
- Ensure high-quality by building and executing test strategies, and communicating with the teams about issues, risks, and product enhancements
- Develop and maintain automatic test cases
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve the QA process
- Educate the development teams on testing and QA best practices; partner with them to determine product quality goals and measurements
- Collaborate with the teams to triage and manage efficiently incoming bugs to maximize business value
Who you are:
- Quality Assurance/Testing experience with web applications
- Experience with Git
- Work experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with Python or similar language
- Knowledge in continuous integration platforms
- Good communication and attitude
