DEXMA is a SaaS company based in Barcelona. We build software that tackles one of the world’s greatest challenges: sustainable energy usage. Our customers provide us with millions of building energy readings every day, which we analyze in real time.
We are looking for self-motivated software developers fluent in Java to join our excellent development team.

You like to be involved in software design & architecture, reasoning out your thoughts based on your experience and your learnings with your team
You like to explore new technologies, and are curious about how things work
Our team is cross-functional and self-organizing. No architects nor middle managers: as a team member, you’ll work directly with our Product Owner, the CTO and the Operations team, using Scrum methodology to deliver incremental releases of our software solutions every 2 weeks.
Your day-to-day will involve developing new components and refactoring existing modules of a microservice-oriented architecture, applying functional programming and reactive patterns. We are not perfect, and there is a lot to do, so we are constantly improving our processes and code bases.
To feed our thoughts, each of us have 2 “innovation days” a month to explore new tools and ideas. We frequently attend MeetUps and conferences (sponsored by the company)
