We are currently looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager - Onsite & Tech Lead (m/f/d) working from one of our European offices who is passionate about building products that customers love. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
  • Be in charge of developing, implementing and driving our SEO strategies to ensure short-term and long-term organic growth of our digital products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product, development and editorial teams to identify and prioritise opportunities and key metrics relevant for organic growth
  • Develop comprehensive technical SEO audits of our websites to facilitate the development of clear, actionable organic roadmaps with prioritisation and risk assessments
  • Execute onsite content audits backup-ed with strong data evaluation in order to identify missing gaps and growth potential
  • Plan projects and define workflows, guidelines and know-how for all KPIs and metrics that affect SEO as well as independently manage (sub-)projects, collaborate in projects, work closely together with different teams and make sure all stakeholders are heard, informed and taken into account
  • Be a primary contact and a subject-matter expert for onsite SEO and organic growth topic and handle communication proactively and very effectively
We are a match if you have...
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant SEO experience in a full-time position, preferably in e-commerce and/or another competitive industry in terms of SEO
  • Excellent command of both Technical and Onsite SEO quality factors and how to influence them
  • Experience with Google quality guidelines, algorithm updates, user experience, Google Lighthouse and EAT metrics
  • Technical competence and familiarity with GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Majestics, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Searchmetrics and/or other relevant tools
  • Strong experience with data analysis tools and techniques using Excel, Google Data Studio and/or Tableau, knowledge of SQL, R, Python is nice to have
  • Very good understanding of important KPIs in SEO, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI and minimise SEO risks
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferably experience in managing (small) teams
