The role:

Product Managers are key enablers to make the voice of our customers resonate internally and to draft the right solutions to meet their needs.
 
The product team @Aircall is looking for a Senior Product Manager to strengthen the ongoing work on the Phone applications area. This Product Manager will focus on the Phone applications front end, phone quality, device management, application performance and many other core topics. The role involves working with multiple engineering teams contributing to build even a better Phone.

The mission:

    • Lead the effort of defining and managing the roadmap for your area while working with other departments and be an ambassador across the company.
    • Contribute to the overall product strategy
    • Work autonomously but never alone: expect to work interdisciplinary with product marketing, business, design, frontend developers and data analysts
    • Participate on product research. Identify, evaluate and communicate customer insights and pain points
    • Scope and define the specifics of the problem to find the right solutions. Define User Stories in collaboration with your team, manage the backlog, and prioritise on a day-to-day basis.
    • Ensure smooth feature roll-outs.
    • Evaluate if the solutions have solved the problem through qualitative and quantitative data
    • Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, mentorship, recruiting activities, and improving processes to help us adapt as we scale.

A little more about you:

    • At least one significant experience in a senior role, in a Saas product, preferably B2B
    • Proven track-record of launching products from idea to production, working with teams of 15+ engineers
    • Have worked with advanced product management concepts, from business requirements, to use-cases, stories, user-experience, in an agile environment
    • Ideally experience using Jira and Confluence for Product Management, or similar suite
    • Have strong opinions about your product and are not afraid to be the principal owner of your product
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last.
