The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to complement our product management team. We seek a team player with great initiative and get-it-done attitude. You will be collaborating with a cross-functional team including engineering, design, data science and publishing to build a compelling product roadmap, facilitate the execution, and ship impactful product features that delight our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Discover user needs through continuous discovery

  • Craft your roadmap and ensure it contributes to the goals and objectives of the company

  • Monitor and continuously improve your product; all decisions need to be data-driven

  • Proactively propose and lead cross-departmental initiatives related to our Objectives and key results (OKRs)

  • Collaborate with designers, engineering, data analysts, and stakeholders to create the outcome that adds most value based on the organisation’s objectives

  • Lead and take responsibility for the creation and the evolution of the user experience both internally and externally

  • Drive prioritisation and delivery of product features via an Agile development methodology.

  • Refine the functional requirements in detail for the development teams, clarifying amongst others, the goals & definition of success, for the required features while being able to engage and challenge at a technical level

  • Write user stories for the development teams, clarifying the ultimate business goal of the required features while being able to engage at a technical level

  • Communicate with all stakeholders in the appropriate language and abstraction level, engaging in priority negotiations and ensuring the most valuable features find their way in the product backlog

Requirements:

  • Critical thinking and clarity of though, you always have a rationale for what you say and do

  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience in discovery user needs, ideally with continuous discovery

  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and especially mindset

  • Data savviness and fluency, ability to deep dive into Tableau reports or raw datasets to find key information that will enable you to make decisions for your product

  • Previous experience in UX/UI redesigns or features with complex UX/UI needs

  • Understanding of web technologies, databases and APIs

  • Ability to communicate easily and effectively with many stakeholders

  • Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal are an absolute must
