We are hiring an experienced Product Manager who is able to show that they have had to make decisions on impact bases and without complete information in a partial uncertainty environment.
In the Product manager role for the End User team, you’ll work with the exciting and ever-growing topic of engaging our customers and creating the best experience for them. Along with your team, you will figure out how to make the Veriff identity verification process smoother, testing and improving the interaction with our users and finding the best solutions using data backed and statistically validated reasoning.
Every day you will work with a team of Designers, researchers, FE, and app engineers, and plan ahead - what can be improved, what data is needed for those improvements, and what really is the priority in the company and for our end users; The role of the End User Product Manager is to take the lead on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will participate in the daily work on all parts of the product.

What will you be doing...
Define and manage the roadmap for our SDK solutions (iOS, Android and Web).
Analyze and find the most promising opportunities to improve our end users onboarding and UX
Improve the outputs in order to increase our accuracy, automation and identity validation process
Determine the priorities and importance of new features and solutions
Ensure the legal compliance of the acquired data
Work close to the technical leaders to define the best strategies to manage the user’s experience across platforms
Sync with other teams to align on the dependencies and priorities
