We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer to help us ensure the quality delivery of the next generation of our mobile product.
The AppExperience team’s goal is to engage new users and retain them, while at the same time providing a unique and magical experience of using our platform. The QA Engineer cooperates within the cross-functional team to help create and maintain an exceptionally high level of quality of the mobile product.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Leading the process of the quality of the product team
- Collaborating with the cross-functional Product Team (QAs, developers, designers, data analysts), Delivery and Product Managers
- Executing risk-based planning (prioritizing) for testing activities
- Support in issue prioritization
- Executing and preparing test cases and test scenarios
- Creating and executing Test Automation scripts for regression testing and new functionality development
- Creating and gathering data for QA metrics to track achieving the core business KPIs
- Documenting and analyzing test results
- Lead defect management process
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Solid professional experience as a mobile QA Engineer
- Performing different types of functional and non-functional tests
- Providing training and support to colleagues on Quality Assurance procedures, process and practices
- Working with DevTools
- Working with sniffers (Charles, Fiddler)
- Automated testing using Python or eager to switch to Python
- Working with CI/CD tools and VCS (Git)
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Knowledge about best practices for test cases creation, maintenance, and execution
- Knowledge of tools for project/test management (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, TestRail, Xray)
- An understanding of user acceptance methodologies
- Understanding of the Agile manifesto
- Fluency in English
- Self-organization skills: the ability to manage priorities and make your own decisions, take ownership of developed solutions
- Solid interpersonal/communication skills (within the Product Team as well as with other teams and stakeholders)
- Sense of responsibility for the Team’s work
WHAT WILL BLOW OUR MINDS
- Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio and PyCharm
- Familiarity with Appium
- Working with tools supporting API testing (Postman, Fiddler)
- Familiarity with ISTQB concepts
- Familiarity with BDD and/or TDD concepts
- Understanding of the Scrum framework
