Sobre ti

Como Senior/Lead Product Manager nos ayudarás a crear productos nuevos, mejorar los actuales añadiendo valor para nuestros taxers, y empujaras la expansión a otros países como México o Brasil. La posición requiere un alto grado de autonomía, excelente capacidad de comunicación y coordinación. Trabajarás junto a tu squad para lanzar y escalar producto teniendo el foco en el usuario, resolviendo sus problemas y necesidades.

Como Senior/Lead Product Manager también tendrás un papel fundamental en alinear y evangelizar a toda la compañía, definiendo la visión y estrategia del producto y haciendo participes a todos los miembros de TaxDown. Resumiendo:

• Eres el Senior/Lead Product Manager que revolucionará la forma en que se hacen los impuestos en todo el mundo
• Pones al usuario siempre en el centro de tu trabajo
• Tienes una excelente capacidad para potenciar las sinergias entre los diferentes equipos de producto entendiendo las colaboraciones horizontales
• Tienes 5 o + años de experiencia creando y entregando excelentes experiencias digitales coordinando múltiples productos
• Te encanta equivocarte y aprender. Destacas por tu toma de decisiones, por tu habilidad de ejecución, por hacer que las cosas pasen y se muevan en la dirección adecuada.
• Te gusta liderar con humildad, participas en activamente en la definición de los objetivos, en la gestión del equipo y en su formación y crecimiento.
• Tienes una habilidad innata para comunicar y alinear a varios equipos en la consecución de objetivos, que los sientan como suyos, respetando siempre los tiempos
• Te enfocas en lo importante, no en lo urgente
• Sabes expresar y transmitir tus ideas. Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, efectivas y claras, adaptándose a cualquier stakeholder

Qué harás

• Liderar la visión y estrategia de producto y ayudar al equipo a entender al usuario
• Crear, construir y gestionar múltiples productos, facilitando y empoderando a los equipos para que puedan innovar y aportar valor
• Crear productos y experiencias excepcionales que enamoren
• Tomar decisiones, basadas siempre en las necesidades del usuario. Aportar al modelo de negocio y coordinar las interdependencias técnicas.
• Colaborar con el Lead Product Designer y Tech Lead para definir objetivos del equipo
• Ejecutar tests, investigaciones, pruebas, impulsar hallazgos y compartir esos aprendizajes con el equipo para mejorar e identificar patrones
• Mentorizar al resto del equipo de producto, ayudándoles a crecer profesionalmente y a adquirir los mejores hábitos y técnicas para tomar decisiones.
• Dar y buscar feedback honesto constante para elevar continuamente el nivel del equipo
• Ayudar a nuestro equipo a crecer y desarrollar una cultura de producto centrada en el valor real para nuestros taxers
• Dar forma a la estrategia y objetivos de TaxDown, contribuir proactivamente a la visión

About you

As Senior/Lead Product Manager you will help us create new products, improve current ones adding value for our taxers, and push expansion to other countries such as Mexico or Brazil. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent communication, and coordination skills. You will work together with your squad and with other teams to launch and scale the product, focusing on the user, solving their problems and needs.

As Senior/Lead Product Manager you will also have a fundamental role in aligning and evangelizing the entire organization, defining the vision and strategy of the product, and involving all TaxDown members. Summarizing:

• You are the Senior/Lead Product Manager who will revolutionize the way taxes are done around the world.
• You always put the user at the center of your work
• You have an excellent ability to enhance synergies between the different product teams, understanding horizontal collaborations
• You have 5+ years of experience creating and delivering great digital experiences and coordinating multiple products
• You love to make mistakes and learn. You stand out for your decision-making, for your ability to execute, for making things happen and keep everything moving in the right direction.
• You like to lead with humility, you actively participate in the definition of objectives, in the management of the team, and in its training and growth.

What you’ll be doing?

• Lead the product vision and strategy and help the team to put the user always first, at the center of every decision
• Create, build, and manage multiple products, facilitating and empowering teams to innovate and add value to the organization
• Create exceptional products and WOW experiences
• Make bold decisions, always based on the user’s needs. Contribute to the business model and coordinate technical interdependencies.
• Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer and Tech Lead to define teams’ goals
• Execute tests, investigations, tests, drive findings and share those learnings with the team to improve and identify patterns
• Mentor the rest of the product team, helping them to grow professionally and to acquire the best habits and techniques for making decisions.
• Give and seek constant honest feedback to continuously raise the level of the team
• Help our team grow and develop a product culture focused on real value for our taxers
• Shape TaxDown’s strategy and goals, proactively contribute to the vision
