Glovo is growing and expanding to new markets, that’s why we
are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Lawyer that will work
directly with the Head of Legal of the company on managing the day to
day implications in the business.
You will:
Report the Head of Legal in the day-to-day legal implications of the company and communicate about local needs and challenges
Manage commercial operations as M&As
Lead the contractual implications when dealing with all the players involved in the business
Get your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it
Requirements:
At least 8 years’ experience in top tier legal firm
Knowledge of other fields of law
Master in international commercial law is a plus
Advanced English. Other languages are a plus
Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies
